For over 25 years, Arden Village Service has been my choice for gas and servicing the car. The car has run perfectly with the tuneups and care.........prompted by friendly reminders.....which are key!............Everyone is helpful, kind, professional, and after all these years, friends. more

I normally handle most basic maintenence work myself, brakes, oil changes, minor repairs, etc. However, my truck wasn't passing smog, and I could not figure out why. I am very cautious about who I let work on my vehicles. I took my truck in, and they found a vaccuum leak around my throttle body that I couldn't find. They replace the gasket, and it passed with flying colors. It even has better acceleration now. I am definitely comfortable with AVS working on my vehicles, and will go back when I have another problem. more

I have been trusting several of these mechanics with my life for twenty years--they are a great team. For good reasons, both service bays at Scott's are always humming, and the parked vehicles overflow into the pharmacy lot. I'm grateful to have such efficient office management and such expert mechanics at my service whenever I have need. more

Overall, a great experience, considering we were having irritating car issues. But, it is very comforting to have a "relationship" with your chosen auto repair professional so that you can seek advice, have trust, get occasional diagnostic/trouble shooting done at no cost because you have been there before, you will be back so they treat you like a person, not a transaction. more

Honest, friendly, quick and efficient 6/28/2010

My 10+ year old truck has needed a bunch of work lately and I feel very good knowing that I have a garage and a group of mechanics I can trust completely. The work is always done very quickly and I never feel like I'm being taken "for a ride." I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable shop in the area. more
