My experience over the last five years has been exceptional. I first heard about you from my cousin, Richard Germoles. I am sure glad he told me about you. Now I tell my friends. I like most how you listen when I have a problem and then you all do your utmost to solve it. However, a few days ago, I was unable to start my car there at your "Scotts Corner" and I was told it was fixed and it did start right up. So for a few days the car started right up. But yesterday, after 3 stops and then getting it to start up, the third time the car would not start up. I had to call my AAA to bring me to you. So the original contact for help was not solved and I don't understand why. This not solved situation has never happened with you all before. Why wasn't the starter checked three days ago instead of yesterday. Well I quess it is a matter of living and learning. Anyway, you are all great and you all work hard to do it right. Well we are all human, right? more

Top notch service, very helpful staff 6/15/2012

Arden Village Service has serviced all my cars for over 10 years. They have done great work at a reasonable price. Most important to me, they have been completely honest and have never tried to sell me work that doesn't need to be done. Very highly recommended. more

Check Engine Light 5/28/2012

The Check Engine light came on. I took my car to Arden Village Service and they worked hard to diagonose the problem. I was told that even though diagnostic tests showed there to be an evap leak, their testing showed that everything was fine. However they told me that if the light came back on , they would recheck the car at no charge. So a few days later, the light did come back on. So I called Arden Village and took the car back. They retested the system and this time the fuel cap failed. They replaced the fuel cap for only the cost of the cap. Thank you for your professionalism and for taking such good care of my car. more

Excellent service 5/24/2012

I haven't been to a car repair shop in ten years, so I was really not looking forward to having to deal with car mechanices when my car wouldn't start. I would now recommend this car repair shop to my friends. more

My experience has always been superb at Scott's with one exception. Please see below. 5/22/2012

Pam the cashier is superb. She is efficient and friendly and great to work with. The other cashier (white/blonde hair) is NOT! She is abrupt on the phone and not helpful. Three weeks ago I came in before 8:00 a.m. because I was trying to drop my dauther's car for service and then get her to school in my car. I asked about seeing if the headlights could be adjusted and she said no that was not done there and that I would have to bring the car back after the mechanics arrived. I had other items that I wanted checked on the car that were not urgent but things I wanted checked out. I did not go on with these items as it was clear that she wanted me to come back later. One of the problems I wanted addressed did get worse and I came in yesterday and got that repaired. more

Best Service 5/8/2012

I've been taking my cars to Arden Village for close to 6 years now. They have been consistently one of the best shops I have ever been to. They are honest and up front with there customers even letting them know if there is a better place to get certain repairs done at. You just don't find that out there anymore. They do whats best for you and your vehicle. Thanks Arden Village for all you do! more

Fast, cheerful, speedy service. 5/2/2012

This is the most customer service oriented auto shop that I have found. The staff was very helpful, cheerful, and fast. I brought my car in for a walk-in smog check. They had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. I trust these guys, which is a rare find these days! more

Went in for my 90,000 mile service. Folks there are always so helpful, and take the time to explain what they are doing to your car. I trust them, a rare phrase indeed in the auto repair industry. more
