I have always had the best customer service...their location is convenient for me to drop off my car and pay for services after I get off work. Daren Sylvester has always gone out of his way to make servicing my vehcile the easiest for me. more

Arden Village Service carries forward a longtime tradition of old-fashioned service, begun a long time ago by Paul Scott. Service is prompt, thorough and reasonably priced, delivered with friendly, good natured attention. The Golden Rule seems to be written above their doorway. If a startup business person wants to learn how to give excellent customer service, there would be no better example. more

Smog tech stayed late just for me! 2/13/2012

I was looking for a place to smog my truck that was open late. I found Arden Village online and gave them a call. They said they normally didn't smog past 6:00, but their smog tech said he would stay late to take care of it. I showed up late and he was still there, and was very courteous even though I was putting him to an inconvenience. Great service and I will definitely come back again. more

My car presents many challenges, and you approach it with a can-do attitude. You go the extra step to find scarce parts, such as rebuilt carburetors. I never doubt the veracity of what you are telling me, and that is not the case with other auto repair shops. more

Best Auto Shop In Town 2/7/2012

I was referred to Arden Village Service by a trusted friend who has been a customer for years. I have also become a long time customer and won't trust anyone else with my vehicles. These guys are honest and trustworthy, as a single woman that is gold. I never have to worry that I will be taken advantage of. Today they even picked me up at my home because I didn't have a ride to the shop, Unheard of!!! Friendly, fast, knowledgable and convenient service. These guys really go out of their way to take care of their customers. Keep up the great work guys. I am fortunate to have found you. more

I don't know much about cars...fill it up when the light comes on. I would not take my car elsewhere..they are always ready, able and responsive to my questions..I won't go anywhere else! They are honest..patient and ready to assist how ever they can. No wonder they have been in business 53 yrs. Knowledgeable, technologically savvy on new cars..ready to share what they know with you!! more

I feel that I get quality service everytime I go to Arden Village Service. I started using their services when I moved to Sacramento in 2010; everyone is friendly, polite, and helpful. I trust them completely, and I appreciate the clean windows and floors when they are all done. I also appreciate that they offer a ride home and a pick-up ride when done. more

Very happy with service 1/31/2012

One of my friends recommended Arden Village. They told me I would get good, honest service. I believe I did get that type of service. My car was diagnosed and serviced right away. I would definitely return for service when I need service in the future. more
