We are very loyal customers of Arden Village. For a very good reason. They are without doubt, hands down, The Very Best. They have been taking care of our '99 Olds. In that time we've taken this car back and forth to Texas at least 15 times. We trust no one else but Arden Village. more

Excellent, Honest, High Quality Service 3/22/2013

Arden Village has proven time and time again to offer timely, concerned, honest service. They have taken time to meet my immediate needs for the menial tasks (fill low tires) and quickly completed the much larger jobs. I always feel my concerns are well heard and completely trust their honest advise. I have only had positive experiences with Arden Village over the past 13 years and will continue to be a loyal patron. more

Great, trustworthy business! 3/5/2013

I have used this shop on mutliple occasions. I took one of my cars in for what i thought was suspension, but they checked it out and made some adjustments that corrected the problem. They gave me some ideas and even advised against any additional work since it was not necessary. They earned my trust. You can go somewhere cheaper, but this place is worth the cost for the peace of mind. more

An in-between-er 2/2/2013

I came be this shop because of the outstanding reviews. I needed a second opinion regarding a leak I have noticed (droppings) on my garage floor. I am in the process, seeing if my other auto shop will stand behind their repair. I am glad I came to Arden. I truly value their professionalism, written recommendations and their willingness to ask me for feedback. I too am looking for a auto shop that I can build an on-going business relationship, with open communication and respect. I truly hope this will be the one. more

Total excellence throughout the experience, as usual. 1/30/2013

I have been ill with the fu recently and realized I needed to have my truck smog checked before the end of the month. I contacted Arden Village Service and verified that they could take it in immediately. I was at the service station within 15 minutes and they had me out of there within 20 minutes. Everything went smoothly from the initial phone contact, the "intake", smog check, and payment (which is always clearly presented before any work is done). Saved over $1100 1/28/2013

I took my 2004 BMW into a local dealer who afetr cahnging the oil and plugs - gave me an estimate of $1200 to repair a leaking oil cleaner housing and valve gasket. Arden Village gave me an estimate to inspect of $110. They contacted me after inspecting the car and said that no repairs were needed and my bill was $55. That dealer will not see my car again. Arden will also be servicing my other cars. My neighbors also swear by the great service. more

Looking for a Great Auto Mechanic With Integrity? Look No Further.. 1/16/2013

Everyone -- I Have been a customer of Scott's Corner automotive service for years. They're located at Arden and Eastern. They treat you fairly, have exceptional mechanics and staff, and always get my vehicle finished on time. Every time. My most recent experience of getting a front brake job was as painless both timewise and in the pocketbook as any other time. There's a reason these guys separate themselves from the competition - Integrity. I've often times had to travel across town to get to them, but it's well worth it. You'll be impressed. These guys are simply the best auto repair service I've ever used 1/13/2013

Dealing with Arden Village Service is always a positive experience, and I am completely amazed at how they maintain their professionalism as each repair or visit is always dealt with the highest integrity. Their main service writer, Adam Tinsman (sp) is simply a pleasure to deal with. They are a model of what a good service experience should be about, and highly recommend them to anyone who has any upcoming maintenance or repair and wants to know they were treated fairly and honestly. more

Excellent as Usual! 12/20/2012

We needed a major repair on our starter and coils - they fit us in and made it a priority to get our car done on time. I have been going to AVS for over 20 years and it has always been an excellent experience! Another HUGE plus is that they pick up and drop off. This really makes it worthwhile as we have two small kids and my husband and I work opposite shifts so we don't have an easy way to pick up and drop off our cars. more
