I have compared the service at Arden Village to a well-run hospital ER. I have taken my car, my husband's car and my son Tony's car to the station a multitude of times and the entire staff including Scott, Adam, Mike, Jim, Robert, Mike, DeAnne and Pam have been wonderful. They are all courteous, professional, competent,fair, and attempt to fix the problems in a very timely fashion. They never say "No" or "I can't!!!" The entire Arden Park neighborhood feels the same as me and we all are very thankful to have this service in our neighborhood. more

Oil Change 9/13/2011

For years I've gone to Maita Toyota to have the oil changed in my 2002 Camry. However, the last time it took almost 2 hours and I decided to go to AVS in the future. I made an appointment and was told 45 min. and it took only 30 minutes. The service was great and I was very pleased. I've always bought gasoline at AVS and now I'll get service there also. more

Great Service 9/12/2011

I've been taking my elderly mini-van to Arden Village for several years. They are always very helpful and have fit me in in emergency situations. I really appreciate the wonderful attitude everyone there seems to have! more

Great & Honest Shop 9/5/2011

They are timely, do a good job, and give good estimates. They don't push extra work on you and will tell you what needs to be done, vs what can wait. We've been happy with them so far, and they are open extended hours which makes scheduling pickups and drop offs easy. more

These guys are true problem solvers. They fix your car problems and don't try to upsell. The Mechanics at Arden Village are true craftsmen, not sales people. I have never had them try to get me to buy a service or repair that did not sound legitament. I tell all my friends and cohorts to go to them. They do honest work at very reasonable prices. more

Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied...top notch service 8/27/2010

After a new alternator failed, they covered the replacement under warranty. That's expected. What was surprising and welcome is that they also replaced the plug and the battery, free of charge, to ensure the alternator would not fail again. That's impressive. To top it off they drove us home and picked us up when the car was ready..that PERSONAL service. Needless to say, after this first experience, I will be a loyal customer...GOOD JPOB. more

The best customer service in town 8/4/2010

You are in tune to the client need and give each client your best service. I once heard you tell a senior citizen who donated her car to you because she was too old to drive anymore, that if she needed an ride anywhere, just give you a call. I feel special anytime I bring my two cars in for service because I know I will not have to worry if my car is in good running condition when I drive away. more
