Great response, review of systems, and scheduled installation. 4/18/2018

Davey Kerns was sent to us on a service call to the home we recently purchased with 15 year-old systems. He reviewed everything, clearly explained operation and function, and provided a variety of options. We received estimates at that same visit--no waiting. We formed a plan, applied for financing, and secured our requested installation date--all with that first visit. I think we will be loyal Appleton Campbell customers and definitely loyal Davey fans! more

Great Service 4/18/2018

Matt was very quick and very thorough in doing our spring AC service, part of our HVAC coverage. He gave me notice of what will be needed next time, and when I agreed he put that into the A/C system so that the work can be done at fall heating service. Very personable as well. more

Have used Appleton Campbell since I first heard of them. Friendly, works and gets the job done. Recommends the best product to use for the job that is needed and why. Calls in backup to get the job done right matter how long it takes. Reasonabl e prices for the product used up to date products sold that will last longest. more

More than I expected 4/11/2018

Bill Dooly responded to our service call the same day we called in about the problem. He and the other employee fixed our heating unit on that visit...and stated there would be no fee. He was polite and quite interested in making sure we were satisfied customers. Thank you! more

WE NEEDED A NUMBER OF REPAIRS AND UNIT REPLACEMEMTS FOR OUR HOME ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. ALL APPLETON CAMPBELL PERSONNEL WERE PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS, SHANE, TRAVIS AND KENNY, WERE WELL TRAINED, NEAT, EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, DID IT AND THEN REVIEWED WHAT THEY HAD DONE. I had Appleton Campbell stop by to give a 2nd opinion on a heat pump repair. They were extremely quick in their response, their technicians were polite and professional, and their diagnosis was complete. Both Seth and Roger were easy to work with and explained in detail the issues with the HVAC system. I would not hesitate to use them again. more

I explained my problem, Jerry listened, and Jerry explained what he could do, what options I had, and if need be he would order a new T stat. So everything is setup and I will give it 7 days to see if what Jerry did solves the problem. I think it's going to work. more

When the Appleton Campbell truck comes into my yard, I know I will be getting excellent service, and my heat and water will work at its best. I know that I will probably pay more for this service, but it is well worth every cent. Have used this service for years and feel that our home is in the best of hands. Yes, probably more expensive but well worth the satisfaction that issues will be resolved much sooner than much later. Service techs are well trained and responsive. Office team also very friendly and efficient. When we had an issue, supervisors heard our concerns and rectified the problem immediately. Especially like that you can request service technicians that have worked in our home in the past. more

AC - Jerry 3/27/2018

We had a disaster with our AC unit installed by another provider. They did a poor job with initial install but the unit had multiple leaks, mold and other biologicals, etc. It was a mess. Jerry came out to $@!#% all of the problems and came up with suggestions. He was very thorough and professional! I was impressed with his expert opinion and how he did everything he could to save us money on a new install! Jerry - you deserve a RAISE! more

Can Always be Counted on in an Emergency 3/24/2018

Both furnaces went out because of a water leak. Jerry was dispatched on an emergency basis on a Saturday and resolved the problem. It took a lot of effort but he persisted and all ended well. A GREAT job. more
