Thank you to Appleton Campbell in Warrenton, VA! We had a recurring oil drip onto our furnace room concrete floor. Appleton Campbell sent Mr. Bill Dooly to our home. He found the leak! (It was hiding near a fitting in the return of a previously installed fuel pump.) Many thanks to Mr. Dooly – the drip is gone! more

A fine performance by Appleton Campbell 5/4/2018

Ran into a bind when I discovered my newly purchased residence had no functioning AC. A low class organization selected by my warranty company had come out before I arrived and completely failed to fix the problem. On a Friday afternoon I reached out to Renee at Appleton Campbell and within less than two hours Davy was at the house providing a solution (the other company wanted me to wait until Monday which would have left me and my family in sweltering heat all weekend). Davy was friendly, respectful and incredibly helpful. A potentially rough start to my new home ownership experience was quickly resolved. All around it was a great experience and I am highly impressed with this company. Thank you! more

Our system was broken and the Air Condition was not work. 5/1/2018

Not the cheapest, but, 5/1/2018

We have used A-C for several years for HVAC as well as well service. Today we had a seasonal HVAC service performed. Tech Chris Rounds was on time and accomplished the required work in a timely and professional manner. A very fine representative of your company. more

A/C Spring Check 4/30/2018

My tech showed up and promptly went to work. He was very thorough and spoke plainly about the A/C system. There were no hidden charges and he explained everything he did. Great service. more

Spring Tune-up with Ethan 4/25/2018

Ethan, who was one of our original installers for our two Carrier systems, was our tech today who gave our two HVAC systems their Spring maintenance. He is to be commended, as he waited patiently while I was running late for the appointment. Both systems are less than 2 years old, so the visit was routine. Ethan is very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to my HVAC tales and answered all of my questions. I was happy to see him again. Appleton Campbell is stellar in customer service and rapport with their customers. I will continue to use them as my HVAC company. If and when I need additional service such as plumbing or electrical, I would hire them for this as well. I have recommended them to everyone I know. more

Work on WaterFurnace 4/25/2018

I've been using Appleton Campbell for years and yes, the cost of service is a bit higher than many of their competitors but I've learned it's tough to put a price on 'peace of mind.' From the office to sales and service, they are professional, prompt and thorough. They concern themselves with customer satisfaction and they try to make service calls as painless as possible. So far, my experience with them has been very good. more

Drain the Swamp 4/24/2018

I had a serious flooding issue in my basement and Young Mike troubleshot the situation and found the problem and gave me the news my water pipe from my well head into my house was bad. On Monday “old” Mike and his excavation and -plumbing crew hit the ground running and dug a 40 inch trench replaced the pipe and reservior and my -problem was fixed. Great Job! more

Jerry serviced our HVAC yesterday and was early to the appointment, which was great!! He has been to our home before and remebered the incident we had with the drain about a year ago. Jerry is very professional and was able to explain how a dual zone system works, We wee very satisfied and glad we have Appleton Campbell servicing our home more

A superb company with customer service at their core. 4/22/2018

It is rare these days, to find a company that truly puts customer service first. I have been a long time customer of Appleton Campbell. They have serviced the oil furnace, air conditional and recently installed a new furnace. They quickly fixed electrical problems, and the most impressive, totally understood how to fix "ECOBEE" which allows me to change heating/cooling settings from any room in my house by voice command. Everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking with at AppletonCampbell have been kind and knowledgeable. I am very pleased. more
