Excellent, professional job 9/18/2018

From start to finish, the job (several items of electrical work) was done well. Personable, amiable people; clean professional job; on time and for the price quoted. There was a miscommunication on one item, which turned out to be a non-trivial bit of work. The crew came back and did what we wanted and made sure that we were satisfied. All within the quoted price. They are not cheap, but we are very satisfied with the work. more

Old-fashioned personal service 9/13/2018

People answer their phone, not machines. Their workers are employees—not iffy contract hires. I have used them four times from water feeder installation on my daughter’s farm to a heat pump installation in my woodworking shop. Great knowledgeable workers each time more

Been with AC for 15+ years. Expect to stay another 15 8/29/2018

We are long time AC users, almost as long as we’ve been in our house. We have come to depend on them for all HVAC, plumbing and electric work. Many say they are more expensive than other firms. We say, you get what you pay for!!! Whenever we needed AC they were there for us. Well pump broke they stayed until 7:30 pm to fix it in one day. You can’t buy dedication and service like that ... AC has replaced both heat pumps, water heater, well pump, whole house water filter and done electrical work. All equipment was top quality, not “ contractor” grade. All work professional, quick and friendly. In fact we have come to know many of their techs and ask for them by name, including Ronnie for all HVAC work. Bottom line we are AC users for a reason, great service, work and equipment. Again, there are cheaper firms but you get what you pay for with AC, including discounts and specials for HSA customers. more

Leaking bathroom fixture 8/26/2018

We had an emergency with one of our bathroom toilets, endless leaking with no way to shut it off, we called Appleton Campbell and the problem was solved by experienced and quality concious professionals. more

Service Call for a Plumbing Leak 8/26/2018

Excellent and Beneficial Service Provided 8/24/2018

The technical services provided by Appleton Campbell's representative, Mr. Bill Dooly, were performed in a highly capable and helpful manner. Appleton Campbell had previously made note of the fact that I am asthmatic, and Mr. Dooly brought to my attention a product (Air Knight Air Purification System – PX5) which I purchased and which has indeed been helpful in alleviating my condition. For this I am very appreciative. more
