Appleton Campbell provided prompt, professional service for the installation of faucets and replacement of toilet fill valve. They also diagnosed a problem with shut-off valves for one sink, and were able to provide replacement valves during the installation appointment. more

A crew of 3 people arrived within 24 hours of my call with a new hot water heater. They put down protective material over the carpet and began the process of draining the old heater, detaching it, and preparing the new heater for installation. The 3 men with much effort took the new heater downstairs. The old heater did not fully pump empty thus weighed over 300 lbs and a 4th man was called in to help. They were then able to take the old heater up the steps and complete the install in under 3 hours. No leaks! I am very pleased with their work. more

The guys that came were on time and listened to what I needed. The work they did was good and my ceiling fans are working fine. I would recommend them to anyone needing an electrician. more

Had my upstairs evaporator coil go bad after three years (not installed by Appleton). Appleton responded to my emergency call on a Sat and identified the problem. Three days later, David F. and Roger S. replaced unit and recharged AC in 4 hours. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, everything I've come to expect from Appleton Campbell. They are my first choice for any HVAC or water heater issues. more

I was having a serious water issue and, as a current HSA member, called Appleton Campbell for assistance. That same day, "WT Settle" arrived and diagnosed the problem - I needed a new water heater and a new water treatment system (based on sample analysis). WT explained all options available for the repair. He was very courteous, friendly, and very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. WT was also able to schedule the install the very next day - WOW! What great service for an HSA member. The next day, I worked with two outstanding installers, "Chad Hannabass" and "Danny Shoop III." Chad and Danny were outstanding! They were very respectful, friendly, and very efficient in their work. During the install, it was found that my septic pump was dead (over twenty years old). They were able to install a new one along with the other major work all in one day. WOW! The install was excellent and everything is working just great! I am very pleased with the results. WT, Chad, and Danny are great examples of the high quality technical professionals that Appleton Campbell employs. I am very happy with the service I received on this current service call, as I have been with all of the service I have received from this company; e.g., HVAC service twice a year. Appleton Campbell is my primary source for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work - they are the best around! more

My AC went out recently and I called Appleton Campbell, the original installers, to check & fix it. They were able to get someone over later that day. Jerry, the tech they sent, was so thorough, knowledgeable and professional and I was so pleased with the whole experience. Our dual zone HVAC systems are always in top-notch condition due to Bill's outstanding knowledge of the systems, his efficient and thorough examination of all components, and timely tune-ups in the spring and fall (I just had the spring 2018 tune-up). He is also very friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful. He is always willing to answer any questions I have. Importantly, following a service call, one cannot tell that a service call was actually made - the HVAC areas are always spotless thanks to Bill's efficiency! I have been an Appleton-Campbell customer for many, many years and plan to continue as such. Appleton Campbell came tour rescue at the coldest part of the winter (Jan). Our heater died (it lived a good life - 38 years. Your people came out and installed a new heater/air conditioner. They were the best professionals I have ever worked with. This is a rare quality you don't find any more. Bill Dooly headed up the team. He along with the rest of the team were the best.
