Review content:
A crew of 3 people arrived within 24 hours of my call with a new hot water heater. They put down protective material over the carpet and began the process of draining the old heater, detaching it, and preparing the new heater for installation. The 3 men with much effort took the new heater downstairs. The old heater did not fully pump empty thus weighed over 300 lbs and a 4th man was called in to help. They were then able to take the old heater up the steps and complete the install in under 3 hours. No leaks! I am very pleased with their work.
