Great company and workers! 10/22/2018

We had Appleton Campbell come out for a few different problems this summer/fall. They fixed our well pump and pressure tank (I don’t remember the names of anyone but they were so nice and did a great job!) Also we ended up needing an Air Knight installed in the crawlspace ac unit to control a mold problem. I highly recommend this product btw! Chris and Keith were very friendly explaining how it works. Great people to fix any problem! more

Water stain on ceiling diagnosed and fixed. 10/4/2018

They opened up the stained ceiling and found the upstairs toilet was the culprit. The leak was fixed at less expense than originally estimated, and the recommended a good contractor to patch up the hole in the ceiling. more

Fast service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and clean 10/3/2018

We have been using Appleton Campbell for years and have always had quick professional service. We greatly appreciate the fast response by Bill Dooley when our AC broke. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he quickly diagnosed the issue and patiently worked with to choose a new AC system. Our new system was installed quickly by Roger and Mike...they both were extremely polite and knowledgeable, staying late to ensure the system was working, work area was clean, and to give an overview of system use. Did I mention clean...the entire installation area is spotless. Thank you Bill, Roger, Mike, and Appleton for the great service. more

Our old hot water tank finally began to leak on Sunday Sept. 23, 2018. At around noon, I e-mailed Appleton-Campbell and asked them to install a new tank as soon as possible, and would they honor an estimate (or something close to it) that I had from them six months ago. Within 24 hours the big old tank was removed and a new one installed, at close to the original estimate, and we are very happy indeed, as always, with the rapid action and great professional service of Appleton-Campbell!! more

Fast Response 9/23/2018

Thermostat stopped working and Appleton Campbell had a top technician here in less than two hours. Bill Dooly was professional, courteous, personable, and installed a new one in a short time. Also gave us a tutorial on programming it after he programmed it for us. Most satisfied with the service. more
