I was having a serious water issue and, as a current HSA member, called Appleton Campbell for assistance. That same day, "WT Settle" arrived and diagnosed the problem - I needed a new water heater and a new water treatment system (based on sample analysis). WT explained all options available for the repair. He was very courteous, friendly, and very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. WT was also able to schedule the install the very next day - WOW! What great service for an HSA member. The next day, I worked with two outstanding installers, "Chad Hannabass" and "Danny Shoop III." Chad and Danny were outstanding! They were very respectful, friendly, and very efficient in their work. During the install, it was found that my septic pump was dead (over twenty years old). They were able to install a new one along with the other major work all in one day. WOW! The install was excellent and everything is working just great! I am very pleased with the results. WT, Chad, and Danny are great examples of the high quality technical professionals that Appleton Campbell employs. I am very happy with the service I received on this current service call, as I have been with all of the service I have received from this company; e.g., HVAC service twice a year. Appleton Campbell is my primary source for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work - they are the best around!
