I have been an HSA (Home Savings Agreement) member for several years - best thing I have done! Bill Dooly, our HVAC technician, is truly exceptional! Our dual zone HVAC systems are always in top-notch condition due to Bill's outstanding knowledge of the systems, his efficient and thorough examination of all components, and timely tune-ups in the spring and fall (I just had the spring 2018 tune-up). He is also very friendly, courteous, professional, and respectful. He is always willing to answer any questions I have. Importantly, following a service call, one cannot tell that a service call was actually made - the HVAC areas are always spotless thanks to Bill's efficiency! I have been an Appleton-Campbell customer for many, many years and plan to continue as such. I have also used the plumbing and electrical services for repairs and new installations and have been equally very pleased with the results. Like the HVAC service, Appleton-Campbell employs exceptional plumbers and electricians. If you are in need of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical service/repairs/new installation, you cannot do better than Appleton-Campbell!
