Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right. Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat. He still...

Unhappy with service of Andy's Statewide 12/15/2019

Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right. Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat. He still insisted on his service call fee of $89.00 and left. A local company (Josh) came within 45 minutes, changed the thermal coupling, charged $125.00 and left me with a working furnace. Andys Statewide HAVOC is not a company to trust. more

Melad showed up, listened attentively to the background story, and then methodically began to diagnose the problem. He kept me informed through the procedure. Once he found the problem, he explained what happened and why and then fixed the issue. Melad was very professional and very skilled. more

Timely service 12/17/2017

Called Andy's Statewide when furnace would not heat above 68 degrees. Dennis came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, presented multiple options for repairing the situation. Have had my heating and cooling equipment serviced by Dennis before and he is a first-rate professional. Highly recommend. more

Melad called half hour before arriving as promised. He is very professional and courteous. He explained the problem and fixed it right away. The company is very accommodating considering it is Thanksgiving day! I will definitely call them again if I have another problem. more
