Furnance Inspection / Tune up 1/31/2017

Dennis did an outstanding job!!! I have had my furnace inspected / cleaned / tuned up several times in the past 15 years. Dennis by far did the most thorough job I have ever seen. No one ever inspected the Built in humidifier. It wasn't working and after a minor repair it was back up and working. The entire furnace was inspected and tuned up. An inspection for carbondioxide was done. Dennis explained everything that he did and showed me what could have led to potential issues had he not tuned up the furnace. Thanks for doing a great job!!! I highly recommend Andy's Statewide and Dennis S!!! more

Was pleased with the service we received from Adam K. 1/30/2017

Adam and Bob arrived early Friday morning, evaluated the old furnace set-up and designed a new set-up for the new furnace. The old furnace was installed in a way that did not allow easy access for replacing parts. Adam and Bob installed the new furnace and air conditioning system in under ten hours and fully explained how to operate everything. I would highly recommend Adam K. and Bob. more

Totally satisfied with furnace repair 1/16/2017

We were very concerned when we recently experienced problems with our furnace. Ken Williams from Andy's Statewide identified the problem and remediated it after going on our roof. Ken truly understands the concept of customer service and is both personable and highly professional. My wife and I appreciated his high level of skill, warmth and kindness. more

Ken W was able to diagnose and fix our furnace problem quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had been without heat all weekend. When he diagnosed the problem, he found the necessary part at the warehouse and went and picked it up so that we would have everything up and running that day. more

The technician arrived in time slot provided. He was very nice, and courteous. He got to work right away installing my new furnace. Was finished in about 3 hours. He showed me how to change the filter on my humidifier. He answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend them for the price and service. He did a nice job. more

Great Service 12/8/2016

My furnace quit working on Wednesday night. I called a repair store and they could not get out until next week Tuesday. I called Andy's Statewide and the pleasant young lady that answered was able to schedule me for the following morning. First thing on Thursday Dennis S phoned and was out within an hour. It did not take him long to figure out what the problem was. He had the part needed and heat was back on within 30 minutes of his arrival. Fast, friendly and neat. He gave me an estimate of the cost and told me about an on-line coupon that would save $50. He also told me about the guarantees provided. Thanks to Dennis S and Andy's Statewide for coming through when the temperature is freezing. I will definitely call them again and added them to my favorites on the computer. Someone grab a Pina colada for me, I think I am in the Bahamas! more

Semi-annual service 12/7/2016

Dennis Jr. performed the service in a efficient and professional manner. He offered detailed explanation for the service scheduled and additional questions I had about both the A/C and furnace. He detected a leak in the humidifier that was quickly fixed. He asked questions about the equipment age and performance to determine if further investigation was required. Annual Furnace Tune-up 12/5/2016

Had a good experience with Mario from Andy's Statewide cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and things I could do to help prolong the life of the furnace. Would recommend his services to others. more
