Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right.
Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat.
He still insisted on his service call fee of $89.00 and left.
A local company (Josh) came within 45 minutes, changed the thermal coupling, charged $125.00 and left me with a working furnace.
