Beware....service rep arrived, refused to work on my furnace because the wiring didnt look right. Now its 28 degrees out, im using the oven and a space heater for heat. He still...

Corrected Problem 10/12/2017

Had Andy's Statewide, last month replace our water heater, humidifier, furnace and air conditioner. The install went well. Yesterday we turned the heat on. Today there was a huge loud sound like a gravel truck dumping a load or someone fell down the stairs. Upon investiagation we Saw water around the furnace. Andy's had someone out within the hour. Apparently, our high efficient furnace has a condensation hose that drains into a pan and somehow that hose blew off as it was not secured properly. That's the noise we heard. Mario cleaned up the mess, secured the hose, did a check of everything. He was courteous, efficient and very prompt. Sorry we had this happen, but very happy Andy's addressed it immediately and corrected the problem! more

Melad seemed very knowledgeable and courteous, found a solution to our furnace problem pretty fast. He was a big help and explained all the service options. They are available 24/7 and that is a plus. more

Joe did a furnace and heat pump tune up for us on 10/2/17. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his excellent work ethics! He answered all our questions and concerns. He was very thorough in his inspection. The price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond what was expected of him! Your company is extremely fortunate to have a person like Joe working for them! I wouldn't hesitate to have him service our furnace and heat pump in the future should we need it! You are very fortunate to have a tech of Joe's honesty and knowledge working for them!!!! more

Oh no....something is wrong with the furnace. 9/22/2017

From the first encounter with Andy's Statewide we have experienced amazing customer service! A year after purchasing our home we needed a new heating and cooling system. Our next door neighbor recommended Andy's Statewide so we called. Needless to say, no one enjoys spending money on a new heating and cooling system but Terry made it easy and almost painless (well we did have to pay for it). Terry was prompt, efficient, and very professional. We will continue to use Andy's Statewide for our future heating and cooling needs! more

Air Conditioner service call 8/22/2017

Melad was prompt and professional. He explained the issue and showed me the problem and solution. He also checked all components to determine there were no other issues with the air conditioning system. A hard start kit was recommended which we will take under consideration at this time. I would like Melad to perform our fall/winter service check when October rolls around. more

Ac tuneup 7/13/2017

Mario came by and tuned up my air conditioner.said for a 27 yr.old unit it runs good. He gave me recomendations and what to watch for. Very honest and knowlegable. I think i found a new heating and cooling service company. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. And will call for tune up on furnace in the fall. Thanks Mario. more
