Water Heater Repair 3/6/2016

Joe S did a great job, he was very courteous, kept me informed and did the job quickly. Also, it was on a Saturday afternoon, but he didn't rush and made sure I understood all that was done. I would recommend Joe and Andy's Statewide. more

Winter Furnace Maintenance 2/11/2016

Having newly moved into my home this was my first experience with Andy's Statewide but I was very pleased. The prices seem reasonable and the service was good. Ken, my technician, did a good job of explaining things, giving me options, and then going on about his job. My only negative was that he arrived a bit later than scheduled. Although it wasn't a problem for me since I was available, I figured it was worth mentioning. more

Great job on furnace check up 1/27/2016

Excellent Service 1/22/2016

Chris S. did a great job installing my humidifier and removing and installing an 8 foot section of my return air ducts. He was quick, efficient, really knew what he was doing, cleaned up after, gave me tips and explained how things work. I highly recommend Andy's Statewide for your heating and cooling needs. Professional and exceptional service 1/18/2016

Our furnace stopped working overnight on a saturday night in the middle of winter. Jim arrived sunday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. Knowing it would be tough to find the part on a Sunday, he diligently made calls and got the part we needed. He had the heat back on within a few hours. He really went above and beyond for us! more

Second Great Service Tech In A Row 1/14/2016

Joe S. came today in answer to my call for help with the furnace. He did a great job getting a water leaking problem fixed and interacted with me in a good, professional way. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and he took care of things that were concerning me greatly. He was courteous, thorough, and competent. I will be looking to Andy's for my future heating and air conditioning needs based on my experiences with both Joe S. today and Jesse H. about a week ago. Thanks, guys. more

A welcomed maintenance visit. 1/6/2016

Jesse H. was courteous, friendly in a professional way, and quite competent in the manner in which he took care of my furnace and the way he taught me about the things I needed to know about caring for my furnace in the months to come. I now understand better the need to have regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and know how to get the most out of my equipment to ensure a more comfortably heated home without the cold spots. Jesse made sure I understood the things he told me and answered all my questions. He didn't rush out the door when the maintenance was complete. Thanks for a job well done. And the price with the coupon I had was fantastic. more
