I LOVE Andiamo and always take my out of town guests here. The food is AMAZING and so is the service. I am extremely picky about my italian food and they seem to be the best in Seattle by far. Make sure you leave plenty of time, the service can be slow when they are busy. Pros: Food, Ambiance, Wine Selection more

I LOVE Andiamo and always take my out of town guests here. The food is AMAZING and so is the service. I am extremely picky about my italian food and they seem to be the best in Seattle by far. Don't Bother 1/13/2005

We made reservations for a romantic evening for two and were treated to a table next to table for 7 with a toddler who insisted on banging on the table with his spoon. The wine list was disorganized, food mediocre, and service unattentive. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. more

Overpriced 1/11/2005

Tried Andiamo for the first time for lunch today. Met a friend and we shared the Pear and Gorgonzola ravioli and the Chicken Rosemary ravioli. Asked the waiter to spllit the orders putting some of each on our two plates. He said he didn't know if they could do that. C'mon for pete's sake. Staff is rude to the point of insulting. Food was just average. Prices were outrageous. Will not go back for seconds! Pros: Free Parking Cons: , Prices, Food Quality more

The food, the atmosphere, the location, and the service was more than we expected. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing I would ask is that you leave some space for desert !!!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE 10/11/2004

What Snobs! Sorry, for the negative comment, but I have never had this kind of service especially at a restaurant where the waiters work for tips. In this case, I left a quarter. Maybe that will teach them that you can't be rude to your cutomers and still make a good tip. In addtion to the waiter, the other person who sat us was so unfriendly. Do they think because they work in Bellevue that they can just be SNOBS?!!!!!! more

What Snobs! Sorry, for the negative comment, but I have never had this kind of service especially at a restaurant where the waiters work for tips. In this case, I left a quarter. Maybe that will teach them that you can't be rude to your cutomers and still make a good tip. In addtion to the waiter, the other person who sat us was so unfriendly. Do they think because they work in Bellevue that they can just be SNOBS?!!!!!! more

It seems people either love or hate this place. Personally I love it. The seafood risotto is excellent; the pasta is great. My favorite pasta is the pear and gorganzola ravioli--it is exquisitly sweet and creamy. The wine list is good, my major complaint being their poor storage--the wine sits out near the kitchen or on a rack in back. In the summer the red wine tends to be served too warm. I recommend the Tiramisu for desert. I see there are a lot of comments here characterizing the waitstaff as rude. I have never experianced this, but I could see how people could come away with that impression. If you treat them with respect, they will treat you with respect. Please keep an open mind. Charming little place 7/4/2004

I went to Andiamo with my husband last weekend. I don't know about the bad experiences of some of the clients who wrote the comments, all I have to say is that we had a memorable time. The food was oustanding and the server very nice and friendly. I also enjoyed our wine, the music, the candles and everybody around us seemed happy and relaxed. We were all having a great time!! Very rarely am I accosted with such rude, stuck up waiters. I think this woman was the owner or something, and if she wasn't, she sure did act like it. The food was good enough to have possibly wasted my money at this place another time, but thanks to the reviews dipicting my exact unsatisfactory experience from others who have tried more than once, I'm going to save myself the trouble and stick with Nicks. Oh, and they get really pissy if you actually use the prime card offer. Pros: pretty, well located, good food Cons: stuck up staff, poor service, insulting more
