I had some water damages in the Bathroom. All Area had it all repaired in a matter of two days. AA Just started managing our building in December. The company they sent was excellent, clean and professional. Super happy since the prior company knew of the repair for over a year. Thanks. more

Im a board member. I really like these guys. They have a great team of managers and the onstaff Engineer has helped us alot with our building problems. Our meeting tonight went so weel, I feel I need to give these guys a thumbs up. Good Job. more

I swear, every good review on this company must be a fake. I am a former board member of a 90 unit coop in Queens and we finally have been liberated of all area. They were mismanaging our building for years I do not know why it took so long to get rid of them. They neglected not only the building's needs, but even residents and board members alike. Shame on this company for their unprofessional staff, and Mr. Margolis gives a great interview however you will never hear from him again after that. Shame Shame SHAME! more

We have been with All Area since Sept of 2007. \r \r Our building is located in Flushing and is close to 350 units. We only have been saving money since leaving our old mgmt company which was located in Astoria Queens. From our new maintenance program and the ability for All Area to give us the best pricing possible, we did not need to have an increase this year since our budget is balanced. \r \r A++ for Back Office.\r A for Management.\r B+ for sales dept.\r more

Great Place 9/13/2010

I am an owner in a 90 Unit Cooperative in Jamaica Estates. We are super happy with All Area and the assigned agent Spyro. We have had them for one year and the super and mgmt is performing an excellent job. We had other mgmt companies that were not terrible, but not as good as All Area. I am not sure why the board changed, but I can see All Area is a very good company. As an owner of a Condominium in NYC that is managed by Douglas Elliman, I have experience a few companies and to say All Area is just as good as DE, is really amazing. Keep up the good work guys, you deserve it. \r \r \r more

I have live in my Condominium all my life. This pass year has been really good with All Area.\r \r They now offer payments online and checking your bill online. Pretty awesome. They are super nice, and my only complaint is they usually get back to you the next day. They seem super busy, but my Condo is run really well from what I have been told by the super and the one board member I know.\r \r We also had a nice memo about Bedbugs and ""What not to do"" \r \r Anyway, I thought they deserved a nice Review when I googled them.\r \r more

I just closed on my Apartment in Flushing. Alex was very helpfull and explained everything to me. Good Service = Good Company 1/14/2010

I own 2 units in 2 different condominiums in Flushing, Queens. The first unit i owned was managed by All Area since the day i bought it years ago. In that time I have dealt with various staff members in person and over the phone from All Area. They have always fixed my issues in a timely manner whether it was a billing issue, issues pertaining to repairs in my unit or issues with the building itself. When I purchased my second condo unit and saw that All Area was managing the building, i was confident purchasing it knowing it would be in good hands. The building was well maintained and very clean and haven't had an issue yet. Pros: Great Service Cons: None to my knowledge more

I am an owner of 3 units that All Area manages and over a dozen more with other mgmt companies. \r \r I have been in the business for 15 years. I have delt with many mgmt companies. All Area is a great company. Much better than some of the similar outfits or even the bigger ones like Cooper or Akam. I really like working with Eddy, Natalie, Alexandra, Gary and TJ. Great and Efficient 1/14/2010

Just bought my third Coop unit in Harlem NY and have been dealing with All Area for 20 Years. \r They have always been very good. For the last three years they have upgraded systems and rock!\r \r They have some new system you can log in and look at your bill real time. I am told the real time online payments are due to come in March 2010. Very cool. Keep up the good work!\r \r Pros: Awesome Group Of people. They Care! more

I have been dealing with all Area for 6 Years and have never been disappointed.\r \r We have had Many problems with the building , being a New building there is always problems such heating, elevators, leagal issues that comes with the new buildings and fines. they have been able to handle all these issues and more in a resonable time with out any dificulties.\r \r They are the best !\r \r A family orinted staff that cares\r \r \r Pros: The best property Management that you can ask for more

Excellent Managing Company 11/23/2009

The employees of All Area are by far the most responsive, outgoing and reliable people I know. They go beyond the call of duty at all times of day. If our building calls them on weekends, holidays or the middle of the night they resolve our issues without a problem. Their professionalism is outstanding. There is always going to be someone you cannot please 11/23/2009

I work for All Area, and looking at this review, the comments and the name, I know exactly who this is. Its sad to see that a relationship needed to be terminated for what ever reason, but to go and try to de-fame the name of All Area after 28 years shows that the relationship needed to be terminated. We still wish you the best of luck, and hope your style of management works better for you. I only ask the people reading this to understand, we manage close to 7000 units in all the boroughs, with properties ranging from 10 units to 600 units. To see only one negative review makes our percentages extraordinary on the positive side.. \r \r I know we cannot please every account, but we have hundreds of emails, voicemails, letters and faxes praising us. \r \r \r Thanks\r \r Gary Andriotis more

Since very often the anonymous reviews written on citysearch (and other similar sites) are often written by a competitor or a person with personal vendetta, with the sole intention of harming a company's reputation. It would be very helpful if both of this reviewer would elaborate on these complaints with more specifics. bmc_brooklyn - it would helpful if you could be much more specific about your claims. Can you mention the name of the company that you claim came in and requested you? Don't you think that would be helpful to people reading this, as well as validate your complaint? Since there is only 1 person writing these complaints about All Area, in the many years they have been conducting business (and with thousands of units they mange), and it is vague and poorly explains anything, the validity of this claim does seem a bit questionable. And since after extensively researching their history on the internet, there is no other negative information written about this company whatsoever. In fact, there is a positive review that was written back in 2008 if you search ""all area property management yahoo review"". more

It would helpful if they could be much more specific about their claims. Why don't they mention the name of the company that they claim came in and helped them? It would be more helpful to people reading this, as well as validate the complaint? After extensively researching All Area on the internet, these are the ONLY two negative things ever written about them. There is no other negative reviews or complaints about this company whatsoever. Since these are the only two complaints anywhere on the internet, in the many years this company has been conducting business, and both are written within two months of the same year (likely by the same person), the validity of these claims is highly questionable and not at all substantial enough to be taken seriously. In fact, there is a positive review that was written back in 2008 if you search ""all area property management yahoo review"". Pros: none... Cons: these reviews seem vindictive & are without great detail. more
