I swear, every good review on this company must be a fake. I am a former board member of a 90 unit coop in Queens and we finally have been liberated of all area. They were mismanaging our building for years I do not know why it took so long to get rid of them. They neglected not only the building's needs, but even residents and board members alike. Shame on this company for their unprofessional staff, and Mr. Margolis gives a great interview however you will never hear from him again after that. Shame Shame SHAME!
