I own 2 units in 2 different condominiums in Flushing, Queens. The first unit i owned was managed by All Area since the day i bought it years ago. In that time I have dealt with various staff members in person and over the phone from All Area. They have always fixed my issues in a timely manner whether it was a billing issue, issues pertaining to repairs in my unit or issues with the building itself. When I purchased my second condo unit and saw that All Area was managing the building, i was confident purchasing it knowing it would be in good hands. The building was well maintained and very clean and haven't had an issue yet.
Pros: Great Service
Cons: None to my knowledge
