I am an owner in a 90 Unit Cooperative in Jamaica Estates. We are super happy with All Area and the assigned agent Spyro. We have had them for one year and the super and mgmt is performing an excellent job. We had other mgmt companies that were not terrible, but not as good as All Area. I am not sure why the board changed, but I can see All Area is a very good company. As an owner of a Condominium in NYC that is managed by Douglas Elliman, I have experience a few companies and to say All Area is just as good as DE, is really amazing. Keep up the good work guys, you deserve it. \r
