We have been with All Area since Sept of 2007. \r

Our building is located in Flushing and is close to 350 units. We only have been saving money since leaving our old mgmt company which was located in Astoria Queens. From our new maintenance program and the ability for All Area to give us the best pricing possible, we did not need to have an increase this year since our budget is balanced. \r
