Worst people to move with, They lie, Overcharge and break the stuff. I usually donot write the review but this time I decided so that other people should be carefull before moving...

Efficient Movers 1/7/2012

We used All American Van Lines for a recent move and they were seriously great. Ronnie confirmed 24 hours in advance, which I appreciated. The arrival time was between 8 and 8:30, and they arrived at 8:15, with three guys. They did a quick walk through, then got cranking. Once we were unloading, each piece they asked where it went and were very efficient. Everything was completed by noon. I would definitely recommend them. more

Not a bad choice. 1/4/2012

All American Van Lines was recommended to us by a friend. I called them and the sales rep obliged in fulfilling answers to all our queries and concerns. I was imperessed and decided to hire them for our move. The entire moving team including the foreman were as decent as someone could have asked for . Their prices are fair and his team consisted of boys who were genuine and took care of all our requests and concerns. The move took 3 hours I was especially concerned about the musical trumpet but they had it out of our old place in record time and into the new place without a single scratch on it . My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier's cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad. more

Expert Movers 1/2/2012

The easiest and smoothest move I have EVER had. \r \r Ronnie and his crew (3 guys total) moved 2 apartments into one (3 stops total all within about 10 blocks of each other) and a LOT of heavy furniture in 4 hours flat. They were professional, efficient, careful with our things, friendly, and SPEEDY! I swear we blinked and were all moved in!! Not to mention there was not a speck of damage to anything. They truly treated our things with respect - as if it was their own. \r \r The logistics involved with merging 2 apartments into 1 was second nature to these guys. They fit everything in the truck perfectly like a game of Tetris and delivered it quickly and carefully. I am going to recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you, Ronnie for making a usually painful process PAINLESS! You guys are awesome:) more

Good job All American Van Lines 12/31/2011

I picked All American Van Lines based on the reviews I found on the net. I hate moving, but who really likes it? The company returned my call and we setup a time and date.... 2 days before the move the movers called me up and re-confirmed the move and the quantity of items to move. Needless to say I grossly under-estimated my needs and the movers were able to book a larger truck for me. On the moving day 2 Guys showed up on time personally I thought that these guys did not look particularly large for movers and thought it would take them all day and I was blown away when these three guys packed, moved us and unpacked in about 3 hours. Pleased to hire them 12/30/2011

I am mildly disabled and was bit concerned at the time of relocation. I did not even know how I would handle it. Finding no other way out, I took the help of All American van Lines. Right from the start to final finish (from the time I set up the move till I landed in my new apartment), I felt All American van lines and the movers went far and beyond the call of duty to take care of my needs and concern. The guys even took time in rearranging the bedroom furniture as there was no way where I could have done it myself. Pleased to hire All American van lines! more

Amazing service wonderful experience. I am what you would consider a professional house hopper. I buy and sell properties and move WAY to often. I can tell you this.... Chris and the gang are the best I have had in 15 years of flipping properties. They were professional, clean, neat and on time. Not a bad service 12/14/2011

We were recommended All American Van Lines from a very trusted and a reliable source .Not only is the team from the Movers Group one ot the easiest guys to talk to when moving, they also know very well what a customer wants. The crew that showed up for my move were very prompt, courteous, attentive and knocked my 1 BR move out in less than 3 hours. They even offered this straphanger a ride over to my new place and engaged in some real conversation to boot. It was an extra flavor to add to my day. I've already recommended these guys to friends and work, and now thought I should spread the love with my fellow friends. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier?s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad and hopefully I won't be moving again for long time, but if I do I shall still hire them. more

Ronnie and his team are fantastic!\r \r Thanks so much for making our move so easy & comfortable for us. \r \r There's nothing more you could ask for: Very easy & prompt communication upfront, they showed up on time, were pretty fast, and they actually wrapped every single piece of furniture in plastic foil, thus making sure that really nothing gets damaged.\r \r Thanks a ton, guys (and sorry for having so much heavy stuff... ;-) )\r Our next move will definitively be with you again! more

Good Job Guys, Thanks 12/11/2011

These guys are the best. There was a mix-up where they thought we were going to pack ourselves (but we didn't) - needless to say that morning was rough, but they only charged us minimally for it. We have an open loft that required our bedroom furniture to be lifted up. I was expecting the worst. Only a few un-noticable scratches! The city kicked them out of our parking space before they were done - they came back the next morning and finished - NO EXTRA CHARGE! Go with another mover at your own risk. These guys are worth every penny... more

They listen and I recommend them 12/11/2011

My fianc? and I moved into a bigger apartment in NY city. We used services of All American Van Lines again and they did not disappoint us. Not only were they quick but also efficient and listened to our every concern. They moved us in our two bedroom house and storage unit from our old apartment into our new apartment just a few blocks away in 2 hours flat time .I will say that the entire crew seemed more experienced than the first move which we had used sometime back. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier?s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad and hopefully I won't be moving again for long time, but if I do I shall still hire them. more

Terrific Moving Guys 12/9/2011

These guys really are as terrific as everyone says. I called on short notice to move a sofa and we arranged the move for next day! The team arrived on time, immediately started swathing the sofa in plastic -- I was glad I was forewarned because it was an amazing sight -- and cheerfully picked up my piano!!! when it turned out that needed to be moved in order to get the sofa out the door. They were at their destination within an hour and by all reports were similarly efficient and pleasant at that end. more

WHAT A GREAT MOVE!!!! 12/9/2011

All American was great from start to finish. Everyone was professional and helpful. The movers showed up early and moved everything quickly. Every item of furniture was wrapped in padded blankets and plastic, totally protected. Fragile pieces such as a large mirror were put into a carton. All the items were listed and numbered on an inventory list which made it very easy to know where each item went when unloading. The movers arrived at our apartment on a hot afternoon. The foreman had a smile on his face and was so helpful and figured out to get large pieces of furniture into a small bedroom...and he made it work. Best of all was the price. I was shocked how inexpensive the move was. I highly recommend All American Van Lines. more

Decent Moving Company 12/5/2011

We were recommended All American Van Lines by a family friend and I decided to book them for the following weekend . On the moving day 3 guys arrived from All American Van Lines and they were absolutely amazing with our move . Nothing got broke, they offered a great and friendly service. The movers arrived on time and had everything moved out from our garage within the estimated time frame. They are very professional on the phone and are quick to go over every detail prior to the move. I had to use them for a move based out of New York . I would definately use All American Van Lines for my next move! more

I was so stressed during this move because of all the fragile items I own, and so I'm fortunate to have hired All American. The stress literally melted away when they arrived at my home. The movers assured me that all my things would be treated like gold. And they truly were. The movers were so careful with my glass items and fragile antiques. When they delivered my things there was no damage to anything.I urge anyone who has antiques or very fragile items to use All American. more

I had to move on very short notice and All American was the only company that came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. The other companies wanted double!!! The movers showed up on time and packed all my belongings quite well. Everything was wrapped and loaded amazingly fast, and the delivery was just as quick. Book then Next Time 11/30/2011

All American van lines are amazing. I booked them total last minute for a move from SOMA to the Mission. This was an against all odds move. It was raining like hell. Parking was a total nightmare, didn't have parking permits at either location, and I gave them the wrong address. All issues aside they were extremely fast, strong, careful, considerate, and above all very helpful and empathetic. Tommy even threw down on some taqueria recommendations. Book them next time you need to move. more

Professional and Courteous 11/28/2011

Movers do not get better than this. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly, they haul ass to get your move done efficiently and under budget. Awesome. I've used them several times and have never been disappointed. Their estimates for load/unload time, number of boxes required, drive time, etc. is always spot on. They always come in under the estimated cost too which is always a big plus. Best movers in town. more
