Call them you will not be disappointed. 2/14/2012

Like others, I had to move at the end of January across the city and called All American Van Lines. They were booked and told me to call All American Van Lines. Boy am I glad I did. They arrived on time, were friendly and cheerful, and endlessly patient as we figured out how to get my furniture into my new apartment (with a tricky security gate). Nothing was broken or scratched and the move felt like it took no time at all. The cost was reasonable and WELL WORTH IT. more

My friends and I needed to move in a hurry, and the guys at winter moving helped us in a pinch! They were really gentle with all of our furniture, and did the job really quickly. I'd definitely recommend this company. more

All American Van Lines are incredible! Tony came out to estimate the job, Great guy, super friendly. Crew Members arrived right on time, walked through to see what was involved and then went to work quickly and efficiently, literally just short of running from the house to the truck and back again. more

Committed workers with good rates 2/3/2012

Hiring movers from All American Van Lines is a decision you will not regret. I move a lot, and this move involved too many stairs to face it alone/with friends again. All American in fact involved two men who piled up boxes on their backs three at a time and ran them down the stairs like it was nothing. Incredibly fast, they were nice and on time and it all happened very quickly and was wonderful. Great rates and plans with no minimum time commitment, plus they do not bill their customers for a lil extra time over the time slot. I even made them come as early on a Sunday morning, with little advance notice, and it still worked. Thanks All American Van Lines. more

Solid Professionals 2/3/2012

Love these guys!! They showed up early, estimated my move to be about $900 and it only cost me $600 so I gave them a nice tip. They were good, solid, professionals movers and made what could have been a total hassle super easy. MANY THANKS for a job well done!! more

Satisfactory moving service 2/3/2012

These guys from All American Van Lines were a thumbs up from my end. I hired them for two moves - both crews were extremely courteous, careful and efficient. One of the owners, provided a thorough description of what to expect and how to prepare for each move, and called after each move to thank me for my business. That's what great customer service is all about. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier?s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad. more

best all-around choice 1/30/2012

Professional, courteous, and efficient. I've used other movers over the years, but based on the chorus of positive reviews here decided to give All American Van Lines a try, with excellent results. I don't think they're the cheapest in town, but they're definitely the best all-around choice. more

Not a bad choice 1/29/2012

In general I used to hate any movers. But after availing services of All American Van Lines things took a turn for the best. Most movers usually arrive late and take much longer than their estimate and at the end leave you with an unreasonably fat bill. This moving company is unlike any of the others I have used in the past. They were highly professional in conduct and speedily got my stuff in and out of the truck . \r \r The guys were friendly hardworkers. As I watched them lug all my crap I really felt lucky and lazy as hell. They very skillfully packed everything into the truck without an inch to spare. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier?s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad. Professional and gentle movers. 1/29/2012

The guys from All American Van Lines were friendly, professional, and very gentle with my furniture and boxes. I was worried about nicking my walls and recently varnished hardwood floors but this wasn't even an issue. All furniture was blanketed, wrapped and carefully handled. Also I appreciated that they didn't tip any of the boxes so none of the contents mixed up or spilled into the box interiors. They were very courteous about placing my furniture just right. They offered to stick around and take more direction as to where all the boxes should go, but since my place is a one bedroom I had them set all the boxes in the living room. more

Caring and Comforting movers 1/27/2012

i'd like to give a 5-star-plus rating to all american van lines. my parents recently moved out of the house they'd lived in for more than 25 years. they were making a minimalist move since they had found a family to rent out the house with furnishings. there were things like antiques and other items that were precious to my parents but that they didn't have room for in their new place. my little bro and his wife didn't want any of my parents' stuff. there were things i knew i wanted to keep for sure and other things i didn't want strangers to take possession of. so i decided to hire a moving company to move what turned out to be 2,200 pounds of furniture, including the piano i had since i was 5, and other stuff to my home. more

Excellent Movers 1/23/2012

I really can't say enough great things about these guys!!!\r They totally saved the day after the other movers I had schedule bailed on me. Not only are they totally affordable but they were extremely fast, efficient and most of all very kind. This move was very stressful for me and they were super friendly and reassuring. They even told me not to worry about anything "just relax". They moved everything very fast and really went out of their way to make sure that it was all taken care of. It was so nice to feel like I was not being taken advantage of. Just straight up good guys.\r I just thought they were really, really great. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Fairly priced, very careful, very nice 1/22/2012

Fairly priced, very careful, very nice- by far the best movers I've had in a long time. I had a fairly complicated move- the movers had to look for labels indicating which items they were to take, and they did not make one mistake. The two movers worked very efficiently, protected my furniture by wrapping it carefully, and seemed happy to help me place rugs and furniture where I wanted them. I'll definitely use them again in the future. more

Highly Recommended 1/22/2012

We used All American Van Lines to move my friend?s furniture into my place and they were spot on awesome. I noticed in some other reviews people talked about how cool the guys were, and I agree. We chatted with them about miscellaneous stuff and they even took a moment to point and laugh at my customized bike, you know, like all of my friends do when they came over. Anyway, they were quick, efficient and did a great job of wrapping all of the large items in plastic and making sure nothing was damaged. They even went above and beyond and helped a friend of mine lash some of my furniture onto his roof and loaned him some of their moving rope. They were almost exactly to the minute in their estimate of the time it would take and were friendly, they each stopped and petted my cat at various times. I would highly recommend their services. more

World Calss Movers 1/16/2012

Moving is a generally daunting and disagreeable task, but All American Van Line made it much easier. They were very professional from beginning to end. I was worried about my stuff fitting into a storage space, but with the masterful stacking and arranging they did, everything fit with room to spare. They were right on time, worked quickly and efficiently and we're very pleasant. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them the next time I am in need of movers more

Thank you All American van Lines Team for an excellent job. I didn't sleep at all the night before, worried about our move day that required a split load, moving some items to storage in Sunnyvale and the other items to our home in Cupertino. The furniture included many valuable antiques, an antique wall screen was difficult to remove, headboards and beds that had to be disassembled and reassembled. Adam and crew handled it all, brought all the needed tools and did everything just right. They were polite, respectful and worked quickly, mindful of the hourly rate they were charging. (Four years ago we moved from Massachusetts to California and the movers seemed to be moving in slow-motion! They didn't use common sense, even loading a full garbage can into the truck that I luckily caught!) You may be able to find some ""cowboys"" who charge less, but beware. You will be very pleased at the end of the day. more

These guys were fantastic. I got a confirmation call from them the night before they were scheduled to arrive, they showed up on time, were polite, friendly, professional and fast. In less than three hours, two of their movers had moved my one-bedroom apartment's worth of stuff from one place to another, without missing a beat. more

Fully impressed 1/8/2012

I used again for the 2nd time and continue to be impressed at their efficiency and speed. I had 3 movers and they moved an entire apartment in an hour and 15 minutes! Highly recommend using them...don't forget to take advantage of their wardrobe boxes! I've had friends use them too and have been fully impressed. more

I've been waiting to write this review on these guys for months I was recommended All American Van Lines by a colleague in our office who just lived across the lane and he had all the nice things to say about them ! I backed up this supposition and literally researched a lot before taking this moving activity just for them. These guys are amazing, cheap, polite, punctual and cute! Even though they charge on an hourly fee, they were no joke, running the entire time with my huge bureau, bed, closets etc on their backs-- and, I lived and was moving to second story apartments with a bunch of stairs. I've never seen anything like it. I recommend them to all those who are looking forward to move. Recommended . more

Amazing movers! 1/7/2012

Amazing movers! Super friendly, and they were extremely fast.\r \r Three weeks ago I was moving within Farmingdale. They arrived early, were friendly, and went straight to work.\r \r It was my first time using movers so I felt a little awkward just sitting there watching them take boxes and pack things.\r \r They barely took an hour; things were taped up, padded and packed into their truck. And it took just under another hour to unload. I was surprised by their speed.\r \r I was originally quoted 450, but due to it taking under the 3-hour limit, the lead guy only charged me half of the quote. They made my day, and the move oh so painless.\r \r Just a few short days later I got a nice thank you card, and a courtesy phone call. They were great in every way and I've already recommended them to friends. more
