Great plumbing experience 6/22/2017

Nathan quickly fixed the issue with my non-draining bathtub and repaired the leak in the base of the bathtub plumbing. He went the extra mile and removed a rust deposit on the tub and set my hot water temperature to a safer level. The charge was very reasonable and the service was great. more

ASAP same day service 6/13/2017

I needed a plumber TODAY and everyone else I called was booked up. Albert Nahman Plumbing came through and didn't charge extra for same day service. Mauricio was knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. I'll be calling them again for all my plumbing work. more

My gas heater stopped working a couple of years ago, and when I decided to find someone to get it fixed, I chose a company in El Cerrito. It was a nightmare and after two visits (with at least one more, they told me), the costs kept going up each time. I decided not to have them fix it and have lived without heat for about two years. I decided that I had to get it fixed, so this time, I went with Albert Nahman. What a difference in professionalism and efficiency. It took Mike H one visit (well, and a run to get the part) and it was finished in under two hours. And the cost was less. I couldn't be happier and will definitely give return business if they have the friendly, efficient technicians that they do and the honest work ethic on top of it! more

Punctial- Polite- Professional 5/4/2017

Jose came within 15 minutes of estimated time. Listened to my comments, answered my questions and got right to work. Fixed the problem was sensitive to my concerns, and didn't try to pressure me into doing more than I wanted. Unlike other plumbers I've experienced, at this company and others. He was a pleasure to work with. I expect to use them again on my water heater upgrade in the near future. more

Super Plumber 5/2/2017

My problem was that the toilet was leaking water into the bowl and the lid needed replacing. Stanley showed me the source of the problem - using chlorine tablets in the tank led to deterioration of the flapper valve (note this well!). A new float mechanism, flapper valve and toilet seat/lid were installed. Stanley's work was efficient, thorough, and professional. He cleaned up, showed me what he had done and left me with a practically new toilet. I am very impressed and happy with his work - Thank You Stanley! more

Excellent service 4/29/2017

We had a new tankless water heater installed by Tony. He has 20 years of experience with tankless heaters and walked me through the installation and use of the heater. Our old one had failed (expected due to age) and he came out to diagnose the situation one day and had the new one installed by the end of the next day - new gas lines, electrical and removal of the old one including the venting. His team was extremely careful, protected our wood floors, wore booties etc. A less experienced technician from Nahman had come out and done annual maintenance on our old tankless heater a couple of months before and they refunded us most of that cost. Albert Nahman came by personally to speak to me about it. We did install a high end unit and the price was not cheap, but there were 3 technicians there for most of the day and it was well worth it. Tony was superb and, from now on, he is my go to guy for heating and plumbing. more

Professional Service and Clear Communications 4/25/2017

Carrie has been here twice over the last few years and both times the clear communications and professional service were very appreciated by this homeowner. It's hard to imagine another plumber impressing us after Carrie's meticulous work. more
