We had a new tankless water heater installed by Tony. He has 20 years of experience with tankless heaters and walked me through the installation and use of the heater. Our old one had failed (expected due to age) and he came out to diagnose the situation one day and had the new one installed by the end of the next day - new gas lines, electrical and removal of the old one including the venting. His team was extremely careful, protected our wood floors, wore booties etc. A less experienced technician from Nahman had come out and done annual maintenance on our old tankless heater a couple of months before and they refunded us most of that cost. Albert Nahman came by personally to speak to me about it. We did install a high end unit and the price was not cheap, but there were 3 technicians there for most of the day and it was well worth it. Tony was superb and, from now on, he is my go to guy for heating and plumbing.
