VERY GOOD SERVICE 11/19/2015

I have a service agreement with Alaskan and Mike Tripp came to service the units this time. He arrived during the 3 hour window and I was pleased with his service. Very professional. I plan on asking for him for my next service in the spring. more

The tech showed up on time, identified himself, was polite and concerned about not tracking dirt into house. He was efficient, effective in his assessment of the furnace, and kept me completely informed of the status. This is why I have a long term contract with Alaskan Air for preventive maintenance of my heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. more

Professional, experienced technician. 11/19/2015

Called in advance and confirmed he was 20 minutes out. Upon arriving asked if we have had any issues to address. We had one minor activity regarding the fan and he checked it out along with an overall maintenace check-up for the winter season. He made one recommendation regarding use of the fan on an manual setting during average temps during the spring and fall. more

had patrick out today from alaskan to give me a bid on a new a/c unit and was very pleased with his knowledge. we purchased the unit and can't wait till it is installed. had four companies out to give us bids and alaskan did the best job and best price. more

Mixed -Earl (A/C) Professional, Steve (Plumber) A Salesman 11/12/2015

Was impressed by Earl and purchased a 3 Yr. P.M.A. Steve looked under the sink, asked me if I have trouble with any drains, told me the water softener was not working and called it "junk". Gave me a quote for an Ultima and gave me a sales pitch. He did drain the water heater. I read the instruction book for my water softener and have recharged it. Now is working perfectly. more

Very polite young man and his assistant. 11/11/2015

Polite young men and very professional. Andrew explained everything to me although I only understood about half of it. I do appreciate keeping me informed. We did have some problems with the furnace which I suspected and he was able to fix everything. I am aware that our air conditioning unit is old and will eventually have to be replaced. I would highly recommend both gentlemen to anyone I know who needs work on their units. Thanks for hiring great people. more
