I just hired Air Zero to fix the AC at my house. The technician Rich called me when he was on his way to inform me of his arrival time. He showed up on time and in a beautiful brand new company truck and got right to work. He went through my entire unit, inside and out and found the problem. Rich took the time to explain to me what went wrong and why it went wrong and also physically showed me the capacitor that was broken and the coils that were dirty. He gave me a total price for the entire job and then got to work. Rich did not try to up-sell me AT ALL, he showed me what was wrong and then fixed the problem. When he was done, he wrote up the bill and it was EXACTLY what he quoted me. I could not be happier with Air Zero. Job well done. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a quality, honest AC company.
