Stephen performed an inspection/check on my gas furnace/forced hot air system, which is about 14 years old. I have owned it for about 10 years. I watched the entire process. His inspection seemed to be more thorough than what I have seen done before on my system. When he sensed that I was interested in learning about my system and what adjustments he was going to make, he took the time to explain its configuration and how it was designed to operate. As he went through the inspection process, he took the time to explain each step and why it was important. Prior to checking/adjusting the manifold pressure, he showed me the sticker on my unit that indicated the target pressure. When it was time to check the performance of the system, he showed me the readings as they were measured. He was polite and friendly and patiently answered every additional question that I had throughout the process. In view of all of the above, I have given Stephen a rating of 5 stars and plan to request that Stephen perform future inspections on my system.
