Alex and Jason performed an energy assessment on my home. They entered my home and donned coveralls over their snowy shoes. They explained what they were going to do, had me sign a couple of documents, and proceeded with the energy assessment. They plugged air leaks identified from the door blower test. When finished with their repairs, Alex explained the rebates and then gave me a bill for the assessment. I was very happy with their performance and had only one complaint. They forgot to turn my furnace back on before leaving. I discovered this oversight while trying to wash dishes. There was no hot water. Again, I was very pleased with this professional audit.
