Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

CT Energy Assessment 1/9/2015

Jesse T and ( I believe Matt and Jack) came to our house to do the CT Home Energy Assessment. They were great!!! They were more than courteous, explained every aspect of what they were doing and provided very helpful advice for improving our home's efficiency. Because I had something else schedule, Jesse and Mike returned the next day to finish the work. Again, complete professionalism. They even swept my kitchen floor! This is the second time we have used Aiello's Home Services and we were, again, 100% pleased with their staff. Would recommend Aiello Home Service for all of your heating and cooling needs including the home assessment. more

Expensive 1/7/2015

The good was that they responded on short notice for an emergency repair in the morning of December 24th. The service man was courteous and told me that he would rebuild my toilet for $750 dollars. I could buy and install a new toilet for that kind of money! I ended up paying $337 to replace a broken shut off valve at the toilet and a replacement of the toilet flow valve...way too much money, but then again they did come on Christmas Eve. more

Very Smart Technician - Ray D'Amato 1/6/2015

Had oil burner cleaned a few weeks ago and then it started banging upon startup (a SERIOUS Bang and slight oil smell). Called for service again. 2nd technician, Ray D'Amato, immediately thought he knew what the problem was. But he is smart enough to double check himself and went to his reference manual to be sure. The wrong nozzle was put on the furnace and it was sending a STREAM of oil versus a SPRAY to fire. Ray put the correct nozzle on and adjusted everything and now everything is great. VERY impressed with Ray! more

everyone at this company was terrific . from Bill who visited to get the things i needed to mark m who was at my home the whole day while everything was being installed..answered all my questions and explained things i wouldnt have thought to ask.. EXCELLENT. From start to finish.. more

Home Energy Assessment 12/20/2014

I have been using Aiello Home Services for my home's plumbing needs for the last few years. After solving my last "plumbing crisis" the technician informed me of the Home Energy Assessment service. The cost of the assessment was minimal compared to the replacement of installed energy efficient lights bulbs in and outside of my home and the weatherstripping of the outside doors. Additional energy conserving options were explained with associated discount and/or rebate programs. The technicians were very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions. They arrived on time, were very professional and yet friendly. They informed me of what they were going to do every step of the way. The telephone customer service representatives are equally as professional, friendly and accommodating when scheduling the appointment. I highly recommend Aiello Services! more

Plumbing Services and Problem Solving 12/18/2014

We have been dealing with slow drains and a foul odor in the house and Cat has come out a couple times to trouble shoot and replumb problem areas. He has always been on time, courteous, professional and accurate in his work and assessments. Whenever I have an issue I ask for him, and Aiello schedules same day service whenever possible so that's an added bonus. I'm extremely happy with the service. more

Honest and great service!! 12/16/2014

I had an issue with another company that had installed a water tank in my house to be converted to electric....After it was installed, my furnance broke and they can not fix the problem. I was out of heat for four days. So I called Aiello and they came for service same day as advertised. Joe, the technician was very nice and experienced. It only took him 10 to 15 mins to figure out what was the issue. Compared to the other company who broke my furnace and left my family without heat for four days. Note- i had an infant and a toddler..Joe seemed to cared and assure me that he will get his job done and the furnace will be fixed. And it did! I was very happy and glad to see that there are people like Joe that are knowlegable in their field. I am very thankful that he got my heat fixed. Yes, the price can be a little pricey, but they get their job done. Like the saying goes- you get what you paid for. I know from now on i would only call Aiello if i have any issues. And i would 100 percent recommend them to everyone and my family. Thanks Joe, -Dao more

Terrific service all around by Aiello, beginning with Katie who was super accommodating schedule-wise, and ending with Kurt who arrived early and completed our work efficiently and carefully, very mindful that we still had two family members sound asleep..... I highly recommend Aiello to family and friends. more

Today's Service-11/13/14 11/13/2014

I called the other day as I was having problems with the lights in my bathroom . . they kept shorting out. The person who took my call was very helpful as was the dispatcher. Matt Rose was my electrician and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. He was very helpful, checked my lights out and found that the voltage I was using was more than what my bulb watt was. Called CL&P, talked to them, got them to send someone over within the hour to check the voltage, etc. Unfortunately, they told me, after checking, the voltage was within limits and apparently did nothing about it. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. more

Bill came to our home to check out our furnace and to possibly replace it. He did a wonderful job of answering our many questions, was courteous, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He explained our finance options and did a fabulous job of working within our budget. more

My furnace wasn't working and called Aiello Home Services. I have not always been impressed with them as previously they blew off my scheduled visit. But I had no heat and this was a different service. Tech Stephen Saja came out and really worked to get my heating restored. Did all in one visit and even had an electrician come out when there was a possible electrical problem. Ran to get parts and jumped started the blower. Had that not been working I was looking at another grand. Overall faith in Aiello's Home Service was restored. Theresa Buchanan more
