Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Competent and Reliable HVAC Service 1/12/2014

I've used Aiello for HVAC service (routine and emergency) for several years. Their technicians are well trained and do the job right, for the price quoted, the first time. Their customer service people also do a good job scheduling appointments. Bottom line, it is a well-run HVAC company. There may be cheaper alternatives, but I have never found one that am comfortable with, and I have used many. Today Michael K did an emergency service call on my furnace. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and used parts from his truck to get me going again. Good job! more

Home Energy Audit by Tim Fabuien 1/2/2014

Tim was there exactly when he said he would be and they were far more thorough than I thought they would be. Tim took the time to explain everything they were doing in my house and went over all of the modifications and suggested fixes in detail with me. I was very impressed and it was the best $99 I have spent in a long time. I would highly recommend Tim and Aiello. more

home energy audit 12/13/2013

the aiello techs provided a great home energy audit. tim took the time to go through all the audit steps he and jason were going to take to complete my audit. they completed a comprehensive list of checks, and spent almost 8 hours doing the audit. they did a lot of work including changing out bulbs to cfls, filling holes in the basement ceiling, sealing my duct work where patches had previously been incorrectly sealed by another contractor, sealing vent pipe leaks and filling in holes under the sinks where warm air could be leaking. tim and jason were professional and thorough, and left the house clean. the relatively small fee paid for the home audit was well worth the service and useful information i received from the process. more

Aiello Home Services 10/29/2013

I called Aiello Home Services Plumbing for a drain that needed cleaning. It was Saturday afternoon and they responded right away with this special machine that they had on the truck. Drain was cleared and I was able to use our kitchen right away. The one thing that impressed me was they cleaned up the area - no mess for me. And the guy was very nice. more

Excellent experience. The team was very professional and thorough. They explained what they were assessing and their findings in great detail. Issues requiring immediate attention were addressed/fixed during the audit and options for further improvements were presented clearly with the pros and cons. I would highly recommend this service to help maximize your homes energy efficiency. more

Excellent Service 8/8/2013

Joe found the problem when the gas company couldn't.He was very professional and took the time to explain everything.He was at my house at 24 Amherst dr. in Manchester, Ct on Mon. Aug 5,2013 and replaced my thermostat. Because of him I will use Aiello Home Services again. Joe, keep up the good work. more
