Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Air Conditioning service 4/8/2015

The quality of service provided by Shawn Foley was exceptional. He explained in detail each task that was done to service the air conditioning unit. This was very helpful to me, because I was always at work when the work was performed; now that I am retired I experienced first hand what professionalism is in dealing with Shawn. more

Home heating inspection 4/1/2015 Shawn Foley 4/1/2015

Mr. Shawn Foley came to my residence today on time and performed a thorough inspection of my heating system. The most valuable part of this inspection was Shawn's patience in explaining, in understandable terms, the workings and settings of the thermostat, plus the heating system in general. His advice will save me quite a bit of energy and expense. Shawn could not have been nicer, and I request him for next year's inspection. Thank you. Nick F. more

Gas furnace system check - Excellent service!!! 3/10/2015

Clay arrived at my home several minutes before the scheduled appointment. This is much appreciated because it is hard to find a company that meets their appt time. Clay performed the work promptly and provided a detailed explanation of what he did and also shared his recommendations for the future. Pam was very courteous and willing to work with me on getting on their schedule on such short notice. Thanks Aiello !!!! more

Stephen S 2/26/2015

Stephen was very professional in his expertise and analysis of my problem. He kept going in and out of the house and always put on his booties to keep my house clean. He was here for several hours and gave me updates as necessary. Stephen is an asset to Aiello and would gladly have him back in the future for repairs. repair lack of heat in one zone 2/24/2015

I called late in the afternoon, and there was a service tech at my door the next morning! very pleased. As it was just one room, this was fine. great guy, personable, and, he let me know as he did each step, what he was doing, and what the fee would be , The issue was resolved in one visit . the only negative I would have , was I was surprised at the high cost of a thermostat that isn't programmable . I would use Aiiello again. more

System Purge 2/16/2015

Installation at 16 summerhill road wallingford, ct 2/13/2015

We were veryt pleased with the men who did the installation, very informative, efficient, and thorough, but, since they departed residence, the unit they installed I beleive is not running properly! Called Katie 3-4 times, left her Marks name, she called both his phones, only to get no reply! VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINED! Another technician had to call me back, only to get no answers, this unit the fan has run constantly, stops with a swooshing sound, and after 30-34 seconds goes back on and first runs for 3-4 minutes, turns off for 30-32 seconds, goes back on and runs anywhere between 28-35 minutes straight, with the inside temperature staying exactly at 70, it seems tHis unit never shuts off, and as its running has a drowning sound, kind of like the old one that blew out, something is definitely wrong, and after the amount of money it's going to cost us, I hope this is not how Aiello does business, because I will be forced to call the BBB!!! Circuit breaker issue 2/3/2015

Service Tec Frank Williams called, said he was coming and arrived on schedule. Very professional diagnosed problem when issue wasn't a bad breaker as I thought. Once identified outside lamp as the issue, carried out further diagnosis and identified problem to be inside the lamp pole. An excellent job not resting until root cause was identified. Next step is to attack wiring to lamp post after the snow melts, Frank's attitude, professionalism, and technical knowledge were excellent. more

Jesse and his partner were fantastic. They made sure to tell me everything they were doing and making sure I understood why. I very much appreciated there work ethic and that they were on time. They did not try and work the clock to get there hours as i have had workers do in the past, which was great because it gave me the opportunity to make my daughters basketball game. Home Energy Audit 1/16/2015

Jesse came to my home on 1/1/15 to perform a home energy. He and his crew were very professional and respectful. He did a very thorough inspection of our home and provided suggestions for energy improvement and replaced light bulbs, sealed doors and windows. Jesse appeared very knowledgeable and we appreciated his advice. Due to his great service, I will not hesitate to use Aiello in the future. more
