I called the other day as I was having problems with the lights in my bathroom . . they kept shorting out. The person who took my call was very helpful as was the dispatcher. Matt Rose was my electrician and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person. He was very helpful, checked my lights out and found that the voltage I was using was more than what my bulb watt was. Called CL&P, talked to them, got them to send someone over within the hour to check the voltage, etc. Unfortunately, they told me, after checking, the voltage was within limits and apparently did nothing about it. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.
