Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Great Customer Service 10/21/2016

The furnace was dying and I knew it. Having received a mailing for Aiello Home Services, I decided to check them out. The technicians, Aaron J and Bill L were friendly, explained what they were doing and why in layman's terms. and were very professional. They talked to the gas company for me and waited for the gas tech to show up. Never before have I had such great customer service, and I'm a POTENTIAL new customer at this point. Eventually, I met with Tim L who explained my options and price ranges. I felt no pressure to purchase equipment from them. However, I did feel like my situation mattered to them and that they were not trying to "pull a fast one" . This is a tough situation for me yet I feel like I am in good hands. more

Definitely will be a repeat customer 10/14/2016

My first experience with Aiello Home Services. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job with performing the service on my 18 year old oil furnace and did not turn this into a pure sales pitch. Identified some issues that were immediately resolved and the price although more expensive than service I have had performed in the past by other companies, definitely worth the money. more

Job done...but the price...oh-faa 8/27/2016

Nice enough job. They swapped out a kitchen faucet (homeowner supplied) no problem (...that earned them the 2nd star). Works great...but for $370?! Yikes. I'm not hoping for any more plumbing problems in my life, but if I do encounter any- I'm not calling these people. more

Poor customer service support 6/3/2016

I would not recommend Aiello’s to my worst enemy. I had scheduled an AC checkup approximately six weeks in advance. Aiello’s notified me the night prior that they were unable to make the appointment – but not before I drove 8 hours from Pennsylvania to be present for the inspection the following day. However, Aiello did send its plumbing and electrical service reps (unsolicited and unannounced) the following day. As a result of not wanting to inconvenience these gentlemen, I had to alter my schedule to accommodate their visit. Overall, very disappointed with this company’s ability to coordinate customer support. I have canceled my service contract. more

Review of Tom Szostek 5/14/2016

Tom arrived at my house on time. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He told me of some routine maintenance things I should be doing to keep my cooling system working efficiently. He informed me of additional services and systems that might be of interest and value to me but he was not overly aggressive or pushy. I would welcome Tom back into my home again in the future should I need service on my cooling system. more

Furnace Repair 4/4/2016

5 star review---Tom S diagnosed my problem immediately----I had no heat and Tom fixed my furnace quickly. Tom clearly explained the repair to me and also the Aiello Home Partnership Program. I enrolled in the program, as it will save me money in the long run with labor discounts, heating, cooling and electrical system checks as well. Thanks Tom!!! more
