Review content:
The good was that they responded on short notice for an emergency repair in the morning of December 24th. The service man was courteous and told me that he would rebuild my toilet for $750 dollars. I could buy and install a new toilet for that kind of money! I ended up paying $337 to replace a broken shut off valve at the toilet and a replacement of the toilet flow valve...way too much money, but then again they did come on Christmas Eve.
