My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night yesterday. I got up looked it over and come to the conclusion it was the electric ignighter. I called action around 5:30 and was told to call back around 7:30 a.m. I did just that. I understand it taking two hours to come out but once they got there there is a $59.95 charge and then terry the teach tells me ya its the electric starter. It's a $35.00 part and less than five minutes and one screw to put it in.$250.00 charge ya two hundred and fifty dollers charge. the teach would not budge and I felt like I had no choice because I have kids that were freezing. I pulled there phone number out of the zip local phone directory phone book. And I called the Draper Sandy phone number. The Teach was out of Magna Ut. They suck total
rip offs I will NEVER NEVER call Action Plumbing Heating & air. I had to put one star to publish this review but there not even worth that. :(
