Review content:
Needed two visits to diagnose heat pump problem but in fairness, unit was functioning on first visit making it extremely difficult to diagnose an intermittent problem. When unit stopped functioning completely the next day, Joandy quickly returned and was able to identify the problem. Even though it is an older R22 unit, Action was able to locate the necessary part at their facility when even the manufacturer had none. Can’t ask for more than that.
