Really good service! 12/10/2015

This is the third time we used Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center in the past 15 years and pretty much only use them. Their installers and the experience are great. We had everything done in our homes from from carpet to laminate and even tile and they did a really good job regardless of material. I also really liked the local factor, they are a local store and their installers are clean cut, trust worthy people that you feel good about letting into your home. More fun than I thought it would be! 12/3/2015

Working with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center has turned out to be more fun that I thought it would be and I am very pleased with the results. I enjoyed going into their shop and getting their help in showing me everything that was available. They were very patient with me and helped me choose out from their huge selection of products. I also liked that as I was looking at their choices, they really worked on trying to find something for me at a reasonable price. They would show me something that would compare similarly to a product that I liked that would cost less, which I really appreciated. The installation itself came out wonderfully; I had them put in linoleum for a rental and it looks great. Overall, Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center has made my experience much more enjoyable than I expected! more

Helpful and friendly 11/5/2015

I'm an estate manager, and I called Abbey Carpets to act as the go-between for a property I was managing. The people were really nice about helping us figure out which option was best for the owners, and great about getting it installed. I was referred to them by another carpet store. Everything turned out really well, the owners love their new carpet and thought the pricing was fair. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, and we added them to our list of businesses to work with again in the future. more

Had a great experience at Abbey Carpets 11/3/2015

Overall a great experience with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. The store itself was very nice, clean, well-organized and the staff were so helpful and answered all of my questions. The salesperson who helped me out was great about keeping my interests and budget in mind as I was looking over their carpet selection. The installation went great as well; the installers showed up when they said they would, finished in the time they told me, and did a great job. Prices were incredibly fair and I absolutely love my new carpets! more

Excellent job, no complaints 10/26/2015

We had Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center install some carpeting and hardwood flooring after there was a flood in our home. They did a great job, and we have no complaints. They helped us during the selection process, and were able to explain everything and answer our questions. The installers arrived on time and worked quickly. It looks good and we're happy with it. more

Very satisfied customer! 10/19/2015

The representatives working at Abbey Carpet Center are helpful, knowledgeable, they steer me in the right direction, and they always know when there is going to be a sale. They are very good about that, they always tell me to wait a week to buy something when it's on sale. We have had carpet from them several times, as well as vinyl and tile flooring when we were remodeling our kitchen. The product comes in when they say it will every time. We come back to them because of their service, selection, and convenient location. Their prices are very good and they hook you up with really good installers too, compared to big box stores. I always go there- it's my go-to place! more

Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center listens and is very knowledgeable. 6/22/2015

I have been using Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center for as long as they've existed. I'm an interior designer, and I take all of my clients who need tile or hardwood there. I have received great service from them. My clients have always been pleased with the product they have received. The biggest thing I look for when choosing who to work with is that they listen to what I want and add their own ideas to that, but primarily I look for people who listen to me and Abbey does that. I highly recommend them. more

We've been using Abbey for about five or six years. We always go to them for things we need. We talk to them about different things and they give us good advice. They make sure to help you out. They're with you all the time. My wife and I think their carpet is great quality. We tell people about Abbey all the time. They do very good work. They are wonderful people. We highly recommend them. more

Extremely satisfied with product and their response to damage. 5/26/2015

I am extremely satisfied with Abbey Carpet Unlimited Design Center's product and customer service. The area rug that I had ordered, which was rather expensive, came in damaged with a roll crush. We took pictures of the damage and went back to Abbey Carpet the following day. As they saw the pictures the re-ordered the rug with no questions asked. They offered to take the old rug, move our furniture, and put the new rug down for us. I judge customer service by how willingly a company will correct a problem. Companies will usually resist, but I was impressed with how Abbey Carpet was so great about everything. This was my first time using them, but I would absolutely use them again. more

A great company! 5/28/2014

I've used Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center before. When they started to change the floor, I never felt like I was going to be left with a job that wasn't completely done. They are very customer friendly, and they are willing to work with you on your budget. I never felt I was forced to spend more money than I wanted. Everything turned out good, and I love my floors! more

Competitive prices, good service 5/16/2014

Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center was really nice. We've had our fair share of not so good service, including carpet companies. They put in a linoleum tile in the back of our laundry room and it turned out excellent. The prices were very competitive; we got three quotes, and they were a little bit higher. However, they did a lot of work and had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The cost was not more than four percent higher than the average. Also, the individual who came out to do the estimate, Janice, was extremely helpful. more

I couldn't have asked for anyone better. 2/7/2014

I had such a bad experience with a store in another location that I was embarrassed to let anyone in my house. I told my story to Janice, the owner of Abby Carpets in Napa and she was so sympathetic and caring. They helped me choose wood flooring to match my tile and even gave me a discount on the wood and installation. My house remodel now looks beautiful, they did a very nice job. They have a wonderful group at the Napa store, Julie owns the store with her husband and have been there for 30 years. They're so good to all their employees and treat them really well. Far above five stars! more

I can only say good things about them 2/4/2014

I've been doing business with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center for twenty-something years. I'm a contractor and I've had any issues with them that weren't resolved. I like their service, friendliness, and helpfulness. They just kind of go the extra mile, so to speak. Every time I go in there looking for something, they track it down for me. They' done a lot for me commercially and residential. This last experience was for my personal residence and I'm just very happy with them. more
