I am extremely satisfied with Abbey Carpet Unlimited Design Center's product and customer service. The area rug that I had ordered, which was rather expensive, came in damaged with a roll crush. We took pictures of the damage and went back to Abbey Carpet the following day. As they saw the pictures the re-ordered the rug with no questions asked. They offered to take the old rug, move our furniture, and put the new rug down for us. I judge customer service by how willingly a company will correct a problem. Companies will usually resist, but I was impressed with how Abbey Carpet was so great about everything. This was my first time using them, but I would absolutely use them again.
