I had such a bad experience with a store in another location that I was embarrassed to let anyone in my house. I told my story to Janice, the owner of Abby Carpets in Napa and she was so sympathetic and caring. They helped me choose wood flooring to match my tile and even gave me a discount on the wood and installation. My house remodel now looks beautiful, they did a very nice job.
They have a wonderful group at the Napa store, Julie owns the store with her husband and have been there for 30 years. They're so good to all their employees and treat them really well. Far above five stars!
