Our project with Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center included putting in a fireplace and putting stone up on the wall. They were very patient with us. We usually had our three boys with us, and they were all very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. Christina, our point person, was fabulous. This wasn't the first time I've used Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. I've used them about twice in the last 15 years. This time they helped me look at many different carpets that met my price range and the quality I wanted. They had many, many options. They helped me go through all my options, and then did a perfect installation for me. The carpet was installed in one bedroom by Gary, I think his name was. He left everything clean, and he did an excellent, professional job. I would say you should go with Abbey Carpets. I continue to use them because they are reliable, do dependable work and provide you with excellent service. more

I was happy to place my order with the local napa branch and they were very helpful and friendly at the time. More than 6 weeks later, I still have not received the order. There was no communication to let me know that my tile would take longer than the original one week estimate. I discovered this when I called to check on the status more than three weeks from the order date and was told it would be three more weeks arriving today. My contractor and I planned to restart the job today only to find out the tile still had not arrived when he went to pick it up. Again, absolutely no communication to let me know it would be even later than the second promise. In fact, the only call I have received was the one to accept my credit card for payment. I am completely disappointed not in the back order, but the absolute lack of service, options and communication. more

The initial greeting when you go into Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center is always a smile and a question about how they can help you. There is no delay in the greeting, and you are just immediately on the road to getting what you need. We had carpet and linoleum installed. The guys who put it in were polite and timely. They cleaned up after themselves. There weren't any dings in the freshly painted walls or anything. The whole job was taken care of very professionally. more

I would certainly send people to Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. We ordered two different types of flooring from them, experiencing just one hitch when we decided to get something else and first heard we wouldn't be able to get a refund or exchange deal. The owner, however, took charge of our situation in a very helpful way. In the end, everything worked out great. more

Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center takes an interest in your needs. I was looking for a particular kind of carpet and they were so nice in bringing in different samples and different kinds of carpet for me. They spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated all of their personal help. I had worked with them before. I actually went to some other places in between and to me it seemed almost like they were saying, "We can't really be bothered" or "You have too many questions" or something to that effect. So I went back to Abbey Carpets and Vicky was really very, very nice and very helpful. They have a lot of samples to look at and they seem to have a very good collection of everything in there actually. If you were going to redo a room or something they have the wood, tile, and everything for it. That makes it easy, when you can put something together and not have to go to so many different places to look for materials. more
