I was happy to place my order with the local napa branch and they were very helpful and friendly at the time. More than 6 weeks later, I still have not received the order. There was no communication to let me know that my tile would take longer than the original one week estimate. I discovered this when I called to check on the status more than three weeks from the order date and was told it would be three more weeks arriving today. My contractor and I planned to restart the job today only to find out the tile still had not arrived when he went to pick it up. Again, absolutely no communication to let me know it would be even later than the second promise. In fact, the only call I have received was the one to accept my credit card for payment. I am completely disappointed not in the back order, but the absolute lack of service, options and communication. more
