Vince from ARS- Laurel came to our new construction townhouse after not having heat for 24+ hours. It was cold, we needed a new part that he didn't have in his truck. He met another ARS worker and got the part he needed, we finally got heat about an hour after he was here. He did a great job! Thank you ARS!
