I'm very pleased to have found a technician that does a thorough job when he arrives to inspect my furnace/AC equipment. Aureon is low key, does not try to pressure me into purchasing equipment but points out the advantages of other items I may wish to consider adding to my system. I always specifically request Aureon because I trust him and appreciate the manner in which he does his work. As a customer of this company for many years, I would highly recommend ARS because of my interaction with Aureon who I consider to be a service professional and a very valuable asset to his company. I hope that ARS will provide him with this feedback and congratulate him for providing quality service. I hope he remains with ARS for a very long time. Customer satisfaction is based not only on the name of the company but primarily on the representative of the company who shows up at the front door. I am glad that I have had this opportunity to commend Aureon for his work ethic and performance.
