New Year's issues 1/6/2017

The entire team was pleasant, informative, and very helpful. They were prompt and fixed the immediate problem. However, I did not receive my video of the plumbing.. Plus 10 thousand dollars for a few feet of lining and piping whew! more

Water Heater Fix 11/20/2016

Doug Jovel fixed our water heater on Sat. Nov.19, 2016. We are so grateful that he made our water heater working now.....we have hot water now and enjoying warm showers especially this time of year that we need it most. A great team 11/16/2016

Samantha was my initial contact in my quest to get rid of the water knock occurring every time a water item (sink, toilet, sprinkler etc.) was turned on or off. She immediately scheduled a tech (same day offered) to come to our home...and followed up to advise/confirm same. Cassandra, with whom I had dealt before, also assisted during the interim and follow-up....which was most appreciated. But the star of the show was Wes.....who arrived at our home right on time, diagnosed the problem, double checked his findings and solution with others, picked up the needed part from HD, and, during the same visit, made the correction to the initial new water heater installation.......using his obvious17 year experience in the plumbing business. The result.....no more annoying water knocks! Wes is pleasant to work with, patiently explains the problem and solution in a manner understandable to us non-plumber folks and leaves a clean slate when finished. I will definitely ask for Wes if I have a future problem requiring RR's help. Wes, Samantha, and Cassandra represent RR of LA Riverside very well! My thanks to each of them. Larry White more

Rescue Rooter 4/21/2016

The service tech, Kevin, was great! I can't say the same for the office staff, particularly the dispatch area. Kevin got here late--very late. He was assigned my job when he was at a big,messy job in Beaumont and it lasted a long time. He then needed to go to Hemet to clean up so as to be presentable at my job. When he to to my home he was very professional and apologized for the lateness when it wasn't his fault. He gave me an additional perk to calm my Ire. He took the blame for other peoples bad work. Because of Kevin I will continue to use Rescue Rooter but will closely monitor the dispatch section. more

Ladies, do your homework! 4/18/2016

The technician,Jorge was professional and kind, he cleared the pipeline as best he could. However, an upper level individual was called to give a professional assessment estimate on the work to be done. He quoted me a ridiculous price to patch the defective pipeline.Ladies, do your homework, get other quotes. There are still some honest companies. more

What a team!! 4/6/2016

We noticed in the afternoon that we had a leek. That same day they were out and worked until 11:00pm to get the job done. We couldn't believe they didn't charge extra for working after hours. Even the salesmen stayed to help get the job done. Really impressed us. Now that's what I call service!! more

Anode Rod Replacement 1/20/2016

Missed the appointment window by a couple of hours. Called to keep me posted and had a tech come in from over an hour away to make sure I received my service on the day scheduled. Great job by the tech. Job was to replace the anode rod in the water heater. Old one would not come loose. He worked with it until he was able to compete the job. Made sure everything was in good working order before he left and cleaned up afterwards. Great job by. Tech gets 5 stars. Only reason for the 4 stars is that they missed the appointment window. more

Plumber Review 9/28/2015

I would like to thank Gilbert, for coming and doing such a great job in fixing our upstairs bathroom leak. Gilbert was very efficient and thorough in making sure our leak in our shower was fixed. While Gilbert was here we had asked if he could look at a few other things that needed repair and he did that with no problems. If I ever had any problems again with my plumbing Gilbert is definately the guy I'm going to call. Lisa more

Great service 9/13/2015

While the job was way more expensive then I would have thought, Jonathan, our plumber for the day was incredibly nice and made sure to let us know about everything up front. He did a great job and made us feel like he knew what he was doing and that he was doing it correctly. I would refer to a friend but would also warn about the expense. more

Scissors stuck in pipes... 9/8/2015

My 3 year old daughter flush a pair of nail scissor down my toilet and it got stuck. Well this required breaking through the foundation and removing the pipe of where the scissor were stuck and replace with new piping. Well Chris Downs from Rescue Rooter was the guy who did the job and he was Awesome. I have had my bad experiences with other plumbers who tell it will cost this much and all the sudden it this much more. Now with Chris D. he was straight forward with me and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was willing to work with me if I did some of the work myself, such as break through the foundation and clearing the dirt myself. End result is that I got the plumbing issue fixed and he even help me with my slow draining kitchen sinks. Over all one of the better experiences I had with a Plumber professional and in the future if more plumbing issues comes up he will be my go to guy. more

Excellent Service 8/7/2015

J was friendly and professional and knew what he had to do to fix my leaking water valve. He showed me and my neighbor how to properly repair it in the event it has to be done again. He verified that the valve was not leaking before he left and painted the valve due to the glue was running on the pipe. He was concerned that I would not like the glue but I said not to worry since it will be painted in the future. J is an employee Rescue Rooter should be glad to have on staff. more
