Review content:
J was friendly and professional and knew what he had to do to fix my leaking water valve. He showed me and my neighbor how to properly repair it in the event it has to be done again. He verified that the valve was not leaking before he left and painted the valve due to the glue was running on the pipe. He was concerned that I would not like the glue but I said not to worry since it will be painted in the future. J is an employee Rescue Rooter should be glad to have on staff.
