Satisfaction 8/7/2015

Recently we had a problem with a circulating pump on a new hot water heater installed by Rescue Rooter. The pump came off the old heater and was 20 years old. First Mike showed up and was very unhappy with the installation and the work done previously. Then Oscar arrived and together they decided what needed to be done beyond replacing the pump. It took Oscar several hours to essentially reinstall the tank and redo the plumbing and exhaust. In my opinion it is probably more difficult redoing some one else's work than starting from scratch. Oscar however, did just that and he did an outstanding job. He is very professional, efficient and skilled. I was completely satisfied with his work and want to thank him and Mike. more

Great Job! 7/25/2015

Rescue Rooter responded very quickly and got me out of the fix I was in. Water was turned off for a "home project" and I ran into a problem. It was a hot day and Jorge repaired the outside faucet quickly. He did the job professionally and competently. I would recommend Rescue Rooter and would use them again in the future. Great Job 7/20/2015

Oscar replaced a shower valve and water pressure regulator. He is very detail oriented and efficient. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he also knows what his customer needs and wants. I recommend him for anyone who needs a plumbing expert. more

New in town Water Heater Replacement 7/11/2015

Water Heater went out in the home we just purchased. Dreaded trying to find honest reliable plumber. Through Home Depot used Rescue Rooter. Both Cassandra in dispatch and Oscar were very professional and got us fixed up same day. Oscar is an excellent plumber, answered all our questions, did exactly what he said he would do, for the price he quoted - NO Surprises. He even cleaned up better than how he found the area he worked in. We know who we will call for our future plumbing needs. more

I have to say that Rex the technician was excelant. He was clean, polite and went above and beyond to make sure the line was cleaned out. He snaked it many times to make sure it flowed properly. I would recommend him to everyone. more

The Plummer technician that re piped my house is Noel Cruz. Very professional, clean and just a great person. One of the few people left that takes great pride in his work. He is the only person that I trust to work on my house. I very highly recommend Noel to anyone that need work done. more
